Cream of Tomato soup

Yield : 10

Ingredients :
  • 500 gr Fresh tomatoes, choped.
  • 100 gr tomato paste.
  • 2 L Chicken stock.
  • 100 gr Onion , choped.
  • 50 gr garlic, choped.
  • 50 gr bacon, choped.
  • 100 gr butter.
  • 150 gr flour.
  • 200 ml cream.
  • Bayleaf.
  • Salt & pepper.

Methode:
  • Saute onion, garlic and bacon with butter.
  • Add fresh tomatoes, tomato paste,chicken stock, bayleaf , and flour until boiled, simmer for 1 hour.
  • Remove from stove, and  strain.
  • Reheat, add cream and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with crouton.
