Ingredients :
- 500 gr Fresh tomatoes, choped.
- 100 gr tomato paste.
- 2 L Chicken stock.
- 100 gr Onion , choped.
- 50 gr garlic, choped.
- 50 gr bacon, choped.
- 100 gr butter.
- 150 gr flour.
- 200 ml cream.
- Bayleaf.
- Salt & pepper.
Methode:
- Saute onion, garlic and bacon with butter.
- Add fresh tomatoes, tomato paste,chicken stock, bayleaf , and flour until boiled, simmer for 1 hour.
- Remove from stove, and strain.
- Reheat, add cream and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve with crouton.
